International Conference on Civil Aviation in New Delhi on November 25, 2010 by FICCI

International Conference on Civil Aviation – ‘India: The Emerging Aviation Hub’ organised by The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in New Delhi on November 25, 2010 at Federation House, Tansen Marg in New Delhi. FICCI will organise this conference in association with Clyde & Co and Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), Government of India. 

The main agenda of the conference has been to discuss various topics such as policy and guidelines for the aviation sector (government initiatives and major challenges), current state of the airline industry (Low Cost Cariers v/s Full Service Carriers), analyzing the state of infrastructure facilities (passenger and cargo) and emerging opportunities for aviation business (MRO, cargo, etc.). 

According to FICCI, the conference brings together industry, legal, financial, academic, policy and regulatory experts to address the most critical issues faced by the aviation industry. Professionals from the civil aviation authorities and transport ministries, air traffic service providers, aviation security providers, as well as personnel of organisations directly involved in supporting the aviation business such as air cargo operators, insurers, risk managers, manufacturers, law and consulting firms, military personnel and international and regional organisations to attend the conference.
