In a bid to consolidate presence in South India, Colombo-based Aitken Spence Hotels has recently taken over the management of Yercaud based Grand Palace Hotel and Spa owned by MSV Hotels. The group now manages a total of five properties in South India based in Puducherry, Kerala, Andaman Islands and Coimbatore.

It is the vision of Aitken Spence Hotels to champion sustainable tourism by developing hotels committed to sustainable practices while focussing on its commitment to corporate social responsibility initiatives and respecting and nurturing the culture in which it operates in.
