Kerala High Court directs DGCA to enforce its March 5th order
The order, according to Biji Eapen, IAAI National President, has been passed following the writ petition that was filed by IAAI in June seeking the implementation of DGCA’s March 5, 2010 order.

According to the information received from IAAI (IATA Agents Association of India), “The Kerala High Court has directed the Directorate General of Civil Aviation to enforce law that mandates commission within two months.” The order, according to Biji Eapen, IAAI National President, has been passed following the writ petition that was filed by IAAI in June seeking the implementation of DGCA’s March 5, 2010 order. K P Maggon, Deputy Director General, DGCA informed that the DGCA is yet to receive the order and therefore cannot comment. |
