Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh has launched first of its kind electronic catalogue for the tourism department in Himachal Pradesh. According to a report in www.samachartoday.com, the catalogue showcases tourism potential of the state and will guide visitors about various places and holiday options.

Dhumal said, in the age of information technology such an electronic version of catalogue was the need of the hour. The state has emerged as-round-the-year tourist destination, barring tribal areas of Lahaul and Pangi valleys, which remains cut off due to heavy snow during winter.
