Aitken Spence Hotel Managements, South India, a Sri Lankan Hotel Management Company in India has signed two new properties, namely Grand Marena in Chennai and The Hideaway at Yercaud.

The two properties will be operational by 2012-13 and take the tally of the Sri Lankan Hotel Management Company to six.

Presently they operate Hotel Atithi - Puducherry, The Poovar Island Resort - Thiruvananthapuram, Barefoot at Havelock ‐ Andaman Islands and Tamara – Coimbatore and work closely with B2B partners.
