From Monday March 5, 2012, all applicants for the UK visa will need to complete and submit the form online before attending their appointment at the visa application centre.

The UK Border Agency will no longer accept completed forms manually. Applicants will have to print a hard copy of the online completed form before going for their visa appointments.
