They are the first major international chain of hotels to have this capability. This move allows users to book a hotel room online, no matter where they are. The Facebook booking platform, built in tandem with mobile and multichannel platform company, Usablenet, delivers Best Western's private and secure hotel reservation system to Facebook's more than 800 million active users.
Best Western's 248,000-and-growing Facebook fans now can plan their next hotel stay conveniently and safely. Best Western believes that they need to keep making hotel bookings more convenient for their customers.
