TAFI Convention-cum-Exhibition was held from November 22-25, 2011 at the Venetian Macau. The event’s lighting of the lamp ceremony was performed by the dignitaries of the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) and TAFI.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Ajay Prakash, President, TAFI said, “The large attendance at the convention this year is ample proof that the number of travel agents is actually growing – Travel Agents are nowhere near extinction! We will continue to explore feasible solutions and ensure we also provide services for GenerationNext.”
 
Prakash further thanked MGTO for their full support and encouragement to make it possible for TAFI to hold their Annual Convention in Macau.
