Resort Rio by Goa-based Riverside Resorts & Holiday Homes to offer the largest convention space in North Goa valued at Rs 100 crore, which will be launched in August 2010.

It will have 4,680 sq feet of convention hall, which can accommodate 450-600 guests. The property located near Baga beach is spread across ten acres.
