Taiwan provides Visa-free policy that permits travellers holding Visas or citizenships to countries like Japan, USA, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and Australia, to enter Taiwan without a separate Visa. Availing this facility, a tourist can gain multiple entries into Taiwan for a period of one month from the time he/she registers online with the Taiwan immigration office. On registration, the applicant receives an ‘Entry Permit’ that facilitates his travel with any airline. This policy has been valid since March 2009.
