The 83rd edition of TTF - India’s largest Travel and Tourism Fair, in Chennai came to an end at the Rajah Muthiah & Rani Meyyammai A/C Halls. Shri Raj Mohan, Principal, Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Chennai, presided over the Valedictory and Awards Function.
TTF Chennai witnessed a very enthusiastic response with more than 10,000 visitors, including 1500 from the travel trade, who had the opportunity to interact with over 150 participants from all over India, including representation from 12 States. In view of generally depressed economic scenario globally, the above is an indicator of resilience and continuing growth in the Domestic and Outbound travel markets in India. The mood amongst participants at TTF, representing a large cross-section of the travel industry, was upbeat.
Awards were given away to participants of TTF in various categories including Design and Decoration, Most Promising New Destination, Best Value Product, Best Print Promotional Material etc.
