The Tamil Nadu chapters of TAFI, TAAI and IAAI collectively organised a workshop - �Do�s and Don�t�s for BSP Procedures for members day before yesterday in Chennai. The workshop, the first of its kind joint initiative by the three associations, targeted at senior counter staff and accounts executives of travel companies was well attended. It witnessed participation of 153 member delegates, 11 committee members from the three associations and 33 guests from airlines, CRS companies and BSP.
The workshop comprised of interactive session with airlines, GDS and IATA BSP covering topics like correct usage of CRS; procedures to be followed in handling Agency Debit Memos (ADMs) and Agency Credit Memo (ACM's); correct usage of 'dispute button' option made available via IATA-BSP and when and where 'Billing Discrepancy Reports' (BDRs) are to be used and not to be used.
