Splash, the Wayanad Monsoon Carnival succeeded in ensuring a flow of tourists to Wayanad — the hill district where the fledgling tourism industry has been receiving a regular tourist flow during the otherwise dull monsoon season, say officials of the Wayanad Tourism Organisation (WTO).
