Under the patronage of Western Region Chapter Chairman – Mr. Himanshu Patil of OUTBOUND TOUR OPERATORS ASSOCIATION OF INDIA - OTOAI, and in the presence of Vice-President Mr. Riaz Munshi and Joint Secretary Mr. Vineet Gopal a meeting was arranged with eminent tour operators of Maharashtra state on 11th April 2012.

The meeting exclusively focused on the application of cutting- edge technologies to cover the needs of tourism agencies and more specifically the needs of the network of small and medium- sized companies which form the framework of the economy in the tourism industry of the area.

In brief OTOAI wishes to deliver a detailed diagnosis in strength with regard to any improvement which could be done in order to carry out a better destination promotion and commercialization. 

The main objective of these services is to increase the flow of tourists from the outbound market to our clients’ destination, carrying out marketing, communication and public relations strategic actions.  Higher understanding and knowledge of the market: trends, consumers’ behavior and market direction, being able to apply alternative tactics if the market requires it.
