Nepal recorded over half-a-million tourist arrivals in the eleven months in this year.
“The last eleven months have seen consistent healthy growth of international tourist arrivals to Nepal at an average of 21.5 per cent — around 1,518 visitors a day — to a record a historic high of 501,264,” according to the Immigration Office at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).
“In November, some 58,156 tourists visited Nepal by air making the total number of visitors between January and November 501,264, the ever highest number in tourism history of Nepal,” Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) that analysed the data claimed.
