Leela Ventures will open its new five-star, 270-room deluxe property, The Leela Palace New Delhi constructed over three acres of plot in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi in April 2011.

Built with a cost of Rs 1500 crore, it's considered to be the most expensive property in India till date.

Expected to charge a tariff of Rs 20,000 during season and Rs 16000 during off season, the group is expecting to receive an average of 80 per cent occupancy.
