Karivaradanarajaswamy temple in Karnataka gets watchtowers for the tourists

The temple constructed during 1688 AD has an idol of Karivarada Venkataramanaswamy Murthy and is visited by many devotees specially during the month of Shravana

Two watch towers offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding greenery arround the hillock have been constructed at a cost of Rs 14.40 lakh at Yedabetta. 

Works worth Rs four lakh have been taken up to renovate the guest house atop the hill and cement flooring has been done outside the Karivaradarajanaswamy temple.

The hill which has about 400 steps leading to its top, is being estimated to have been constructed during 1688 AD. Atop Karivaradarajanaswamy hills, the temple has two and half feet idol of Karivarada Venkataramanaswamy Murthy is visited by many devotees, who throng the place especially during the month of Shravana.

Assistant Director of Department of Tourism, Phaneesh has also promised facilities such as drinking water, and better roads attracting more tourists to the place.
