If the hawkers are bad, these are worse-and the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) has taken note.
"This is a deep-rooted and disturbing behaviour problem, typical of the 'Indian wolfpack'-a gang of men who come to Goa in search of 'prey'.
The department has decided to launch a massive sensitization camping for all tourism stakeholders-from shack and restaurant-owners to taxi drivers, teaching them to turn protectors of tourists, especially women.
