A delegation, comprising of the deputy chief minister, the tourism minister, tourism and industry stakeholders and government bureaucrats will be departing for Israel on 20 February on a five day trip being organized by the Israeli government for studying the rural tourism and agriculture in Israel. The invitation for the trip had been proposed by the Israeli government.
Along with the study, Israel has also shown prospects of starting a direct flight form Israel to Goa, said Dilip Parulekar tourism minister.
