DGCA fails to resolve the commission issue between agents and airlines

The March 18, 2011, meeting held by the DGCA with IAAI, the 16 airlines, IATA & MoCA does not reach any conclusive agreement.

A year after, DGCA, the statutory authority governing India’s civil aviation, is still awaiting the compliance of its March 05, 2010 order on commission by the 16 carriers who have gone zero. And so is the Kerala High Court.

The March 18, 2011, meeting held by the DGCA with IAAI, the 16 airlines, IATA & MoCA does not reach any conclusive agreement between the Agents and the 16 airlines.
