Crowne Plaza has announced the launch of Business Energiser, a holistic programme of activities to help business travellers stay motivated, focused and on the ball while they are on the road for work. Running for three weeks in six Crowne Plaza hotels across Asia, Middle East and Africa, Business Energiser aims to help both MICE groups and solo business travellers go from Zero to Hero and get the most out of their day, from sunrise to sundown.
The programme consists of three key elements: Morning Energiser in-room wake-up guides, Morning Warriorwake-up exercise classes and Meet Aerobics seated chair exercises, each designed to help business travellers stay at peak physical and mental efficiency throughout their trips.
Three quarters of business travellers fly internationally on work throughout the year. The disruption of long-haul flights and crossing time zones means that getting a great night's sleep is essential. But this time-poor group of travellers need to make the most of their stay so an efficient morning routine is also imperative. Crowne Plaza’s Morning Energiser in-room guide provides travellers with insights and top tips into the best way to wake up to a productive and successful day.
One third of business travellers in the region are frequent travellers** who, on average, spend around a month and a half (48 nights) away from home a year. * For this group of frequent business travellers, their hotel is like a second home so maintaining a healthy routine is essential. Packed itineraries of business lunches and networking dinners leave little time for exercise, so Crowne Plaza has devised a morning schedule of Morning Warrior exercise classes to energise and invigorate these committed business travellers.
As part of its Business Energiser programme, Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon will be running Morning Warrior morning exercise classes throughout July to kick-start guests’ morning. Suitable for both fitness fanatics and beginners, classes will run at the property every Monday and Friday throughout July and will consist of Yoga and Meditation classes Mondayand Wednesday from 7:15 am- 8:15 am.
