Chhattisgarh Tourism Board has invited applications for the empanelment of creative agencies, outdoor advertising agencies and social media activation agencies to promote Chhattisgarh tourism in the domestic and international markets.

As per the official Expression of Interest document by the department, creative agencies who have already worked with Tourism Boards in the past would be given preference during empanelment. The agencies need to have a minimum turnover of Rs 25 crore for the last three years, with offices in at least two metro cities of India and a representative office in Raipur.

Qualifying criteria for outdoor agencies requires the agencies to have three years of experience in domestic and international markets, fully functional office in one of the European countries and a minimum turnover of Rs 50 crore for the last three years, with offices in at least two metro cities of India.

Qualifying criteria for social media activation agencies requires the agencies to have the capability of creating social media engagements and activations with in-house capability of monitoring the campaigns, submission of proof of tie-up with overseas principles and a minimum turnover of Rs 2 crore for the last two years, with offices in at least one metro city of India.

The contract would be valid for two years, extendable for one more year on the basis of performance.
