BlueOcean Cruises plans to start operations with its vessel MV OceanLife in Mumbai by end of next month. The company has currently appointed eight travel agents as distributors across India including Makemytrip.com, Griffon Tours and Travels, TUI India, VIA, Travel Designer India Pvt Ltd, Arika Tours & Travels, Akbar Travels and Holidaymerchants.com.

The company also plans to launch a four night cruise itinerary to Lakshadweep in December 2010. The European company has formed an Indian subsidiary BlueOcean Cruises India and operations will commence with its first itinerary of two night Mumbai-Goa-Mumbai cruise & one night High Seas sailings.
