Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar would go to China to study infrastructure development especially in the field of irrigation, rural development and tourism.

Kumar, with a high-power delegation comprising state Water Resources minister V K Choudhary, Tourism minister S K Pinto and Development Commissioner K C Sah would be on "a goodwill mission" as his tour has been finalised by the External Affairs Ministry, an official spokesman said here.

Speaking to reporters, Kumar said during his seven-day visit to Sandong, Sanghai and Beijing, he would study the infrastructure development especially irrigation, rural development and tourism.
