The Altius, located on the Chandigarh–New Delhi highway has announced building a second property by the same name soon.

At the launch of an all encompassing mobile application of the hotel to mark one year of Altius Hotel in Chandigarh, Ginny Chawla, a young IT graduate and managing director of the hotel said that the Altius 2 would be located opposite to the existing property.

He said that plot on which the new property is proposed to be built is already in their possession. A unique feature of the new property would be a huge banquet hall that can accommodate about 500 guests.
