AirAsia X, Asia’s leading long haul, low fare airline kicked off its X-traordinary low fare campaign to all its destinations (excluding Korea). AirAsia X is offering a special one-way fare as low as Rs.0/-* for guests traveling from New Delhi and Mumbai to Kuala Lumpur. Guests will only have to pay the airport tax applicable in New Delhi and Mumbai.
Guests opting to experience the comfort of the new ‘flatbed Premium seats’ on AirAsia X’s brand new A330 and A340 aircrafts will be able to do so at fares from as low as Rs. 8500/-** from New Delhi and Mumbai to Kuala Lumpur
This fantastic promotion will be available for 3 days only for online bookings from August 23-25, 2010 for travel from 1 April to 11 August, 2011.
Guest will be able to grab the low fare offer to London (Stansted), Taiwan (Taipei), China (Tianjin, Hangzhou, and Chengdu), Australia (Gold Coast, Melbourne, Perth) and India (Delhi, Mumbai).
The X-traordinary low fare offers are limited and available on first-come, first-served basis and made exclusively online via www.airasia.com and mobile.airasia.com.
Special fares from Kuala Lumpur to AirAsia X destinations

For guests traveling from Kuala Lumpur to Delhi and Mumbai, to experience the natural beauty of India, AirAsia X is offering fares as low as Rs. 390/-**. Highly in demand “Kangaroo Routes” in Australia such as Gold Coast, Perth and Melbourne are available from Rs.3104/-** while those planning for a European getaway can opt to fly to London from as low as Rs.7784/-**.
Fares to China are offered from as low as Rs.1544/-** to Tianjin and Chengdu and from Rs.2324/-** to scenic Hangzhou. This Rs. 2324/-** low fare offer also includes picturesque and street food haven, Taiwan.
To further soothe our holiday goers’ appetite, AirAsia X has also revamped its economy class seats with new ergonomical, reclineable seats at 31” pitch equipped with comfortable adjustable headrests. The airline also decided to move away from traditional black leather and opt for a mix of red and grey, which contributes to brighter cabin ambience.

Premium seats on these long haul sectors are on offer at X-traordinary low fares starting from Rs. 7004/-** to New Delhi and Mumbai, from Rs.7784/- to Taipei (Taiwan), from Rs. 8564/-** to China, from Rs.14023/-** to Australia and from as low as Rs.35082/-** to London (Stansted).
These fares are applicable only for online bookings from August 17-19, 2010 for travel from 1 April to 11 August, 2011.
The flatbed seats are standard business class specifications of 20” width, 60” pitch and stretches out to 77” in full recline position. The seats feature universal power sockets, adjustable headrests and built-in personal utilities such as tray table, drink holder, reading light and privacy screen. Premium seat guests will get to enjoy the following premium complimentary product and services: Pick A Seat, Priority Check-in, Priority Boarding, Priority Baggage, Baggage Allowance, Combo Meal and Comfort Kit (Pillow and Blanket).
