Adamo, the hospitality arm of Ajmera Group, is planning to have 10 wholly-owned properties in five years with about 650 rooms in the three-four star categories.
"We have four operational hotels in the three-four star category with 350 rooms. All these properties are owned by us. We are planning to have a total of 10 hotels in another five years with an additional 300 rooms, taking the total to 650 rooms," Adamo Hospitality Director Harsh Ajmera told PTI.
The company currently has four properties: one in Goa, two in Matheran in Maharashtra and one in Nathwara, Rajasthan.
In the long run, for large-scale expansion, the company may take the route of contract management, Ajmera said.
