The Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI) has announced its 9th Annual Convention to be held in Srinagar from September 12-15, 2011. The convention is themed ‘Indian Adventure – Creating Opportunities’.
The Convention Committee will be led by ATOAI founder President, Swadesh Kumar as its Chairman and Immediate Past President Ajeet Bajaj and Vice-President, Ravi Kalra as Co-Chairman. The convention venue will be Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre, Srinagar.
ATOAI’s (Adventure Tour Operators Association of India) will host 100 international and 100 domestic buyers during the 9th annual convention, scheduled from September 12-15, in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. The information was shared by ATOAI President, Tejbir Singh Anand at an event organised in New Delhi.
The association will be supported by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India; Ministry of Tourism, Government of Jammu & Kashmir as well as the various local trade bodies in the state in hosting the buyers. The association is also talking to various airlines to offer assistance in hosting the buyers in order, to promote tourism in the state of J&K as well as to the country.
