GITB has already received confirmations from 156 foreign tour operators from 46 countries as on date. The travel bazaar would have over 200 booths. Opportunities for one-to-one pre fixed B2B meetings with around 200 foreign buyers from around 50 countries will be given only to the Registered Indian Sellers who take up a booth(s) and to a Partner in the event. The B2B meetings will take place at the booth(s) of the registered Indian Sellers.
This is the fourth time that a Pan India Travel Bazaar of this magnitude is being organized in India. The event will provide an exposure to the best tourism products from all across India under one roof. The travel bazaar would have sellers offering a wide range of products covering heritage, adventure, wildlife, healthcare, leisure, eco-rural, M.I.C.E., pilgrimage and other segments. The event presents a unique opportunity for Foreign Tour Operators interested in the rapidly growing Indian Tourism Market to create and expand their business portfolio in India. Around 200 foreign buyers from around 50 countries are expected to attend. Majority of the foreign buyers will be visiting the travel bazaar for the first time thus presenting a huge opportunity for your organization to tap into new markets across the globe.
As a part of their promotional campaigns for the mega event, there was a Road Show organized by FICCI on the Great Indian Travel Bazaar ’11 on November 15 (Monday), 2010 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
